Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, travel products, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.
  • Plan and create customized itineraries based on clients' requirements, including flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to clients' timelines.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments to provide clients with the latest information and options.
  • Negotiate with travel suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to resolve any issues or concerns during clients' travel.
  • Assist clients with travel-related documentation, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.
  • Handle client inquiries, changes, and cancellations promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the travel agency.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Open for College Graduate, College under-graduate and SHS Graduates
  • With at least 6 months BPO Experience; CHAT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations, including popular attractions, culture, and local customs
  • Familiarity with travel products, such as flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation services
  • Proven work experience as a Travel Specialist/Agent or similar role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
