About Us

We're an established consumer brand based in Vernon, California. We partner with customers to develop high-impact product offers and custom programs that drive revenue and loyalty. We're expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Specialist to accelerate growth.

The Role

Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and solution design through post-sale execution—working closely with our cross-functional team (sourcing, operations, logistics, finance, marketing). You'll be the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and achievement of quota and margin goals.

What You'll Do

  • Own deals end-to-end: Build offers and custom programs; scope requirements; prepare quotes/proposals; negotiate pricing and terms within margin guidelines.
  • Be the primary POC: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, complete program execution and an excellent customer experience.
  • Drive pipeline & forecasts: Prospect, qualify, and manage a healthy pipeline; maintain accurate CRM hygiene; deliver weekly forecasts.
  • Execute the plan: Collaborate on sales strategy, then operate independently day-to-day to hit activity, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Analyze & improve: Use data to prioritize accounts, improve win rates, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly: Document requirements, timelines, and next steps; escalate risks early; close the loop post-delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a quota (consumer goods, promotional products, or related categories a plus).
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding revenue and margin goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; strong client-facing presence.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and OneDrive file-sharing workflows.
  • Comfort with WhatsApp (Business or standard) for client communications.
  • Experience with Intermedia (email/UC such as Intermedia Unite) or similar unified communications platforms.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
  • Self-directed, organized, and effective in a remote environment; strong time management and attention to detail.
