Business Development/Sales

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in sales conversations, and experienced in managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and close deals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in B2B sales
- Lead generation and pipeline management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
