Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in sales conversations, and experienced in managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
