Key Responsibilities

  1. Support business development for MRO, BOM, and supply chain services by identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
  2. Establish initial communication with clients to understand their procurement and supply chain needs.
  3. Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  4. Collect and organize industry and customer information to support sales proposals.
  5. Work closely with the Procurement and Operations teams to ensure timely response to customer requests.
  6. Assist management with other sales-related tasks to achieve business targets.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, any major; B2B sales or supply chain-related experience is a plus.
  2. Smart, quick learner, and able to understand business requirements rapidly.
  3. Positive energy, optimistic attitude, strong resilience, and execution capability.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
