We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Staff in Compensation and Benefits to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. - Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime to support payroll processing and HR reporting.
- Prepare and maintain employee timekeeping records.
- Develop and administer competitive compensation programs that attract and retain talent.
- Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Analyze internal job structures and assess compensation equity across all levels.
- Design and implement employee benefits programs that enhance overall employee well-being.
- Ensure compliance with local compensation and benefits regulations.
- Collaborate with HR management to create compensation policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
- Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees effectively and efficiently.
- Perform coordination, including company announcements, holiday and other work schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions and initiatives efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of the government-mandated benefits: SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth contributions/loans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- With knowledge of handling payroll.
- Skills: Data Analysis, documentation, and calendar management.
- Willing to work in EDSA Muñoz, Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
