About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Staff to join our team at ES TRANSPORT INC.' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organisation and ensuring that our valued employees receive the best possible care and support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and progression.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
  • Providing HR-related administrative support, such as processing and monitoring leave, benefits, company rules and regulations
  • Answering employee inquiries and addressing HR-related concerns
  • Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting employee engagement and morale-boosting initiatives
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of HR operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Knowledge of labor laws, government benefits, and HR processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
