
Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Systems team with the communication strategy, in particular providing consultation material, reports, and briefings for key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project status and performance.
- Support the Business Systems team in the development and implementation of internal project assurance that meets the needs of Altrad Services APAC, the Business Systems team and external audit requirements.
- Provide advice and guidance to all relevant staff in the use of the agreed project management methodology, processes, and techniques in accordance with Altrad APAC standards.
- To support the communication strategy for the associated projects, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of Project meetings including scheduling, minutes and actions and provide similar support to the Delivery Management team.
- Facilitate project workshops to assist in identifying risks, benefits, interdependencies, and key messages of communication. Ensuring that the relevant systems and process are adhered to manage these areas.
- Ensure that support is available to project(s) in the following areas:
- o Governance
- o Project administration
- o Communication
- To provide support and assurance across the portfolio of projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of Pronto
• Self- motivated and strong time management skills and an ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem resolution and research skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
