We are seeking a reliable and organized Sales Admin Staff to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing reports).
- Assist in monitoring sales performance and compiling reports for management.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of sales-related documents.
- Support in handling customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in sales support, admin, or customer service is an advantage but not required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Can work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
