Key Responsibilities
- Records Management: Maintain and organize records and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and proper filing systems.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative matters, liaising with other offices, individuals, and institutions.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, coordinate project activities, and facilitate communication among team members to enhance collaboration.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and support departmental documents and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Resource Organization: Organize resources and manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for staff.
