About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales department and drive the company's growth. This role will be responsible for ensuring the sales team consistently secures new projects, nurtures client relationships, and achieves targets that support Colkin Corp's mission of delivering trusted design and build solutions. The Sales Director will develop strategies, mentor the team, and ensure the company maintains a strong and steady pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and project targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the construction and design industry.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent stream of opportunities and project closures.
  • Strengthen client relationships and partnerships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with executives to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports to guide decision-making and strategic adjustments.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and innovative approaches to expand reach.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in construction, real estate, or design & build.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills; able to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
