Job Summary:

The Aftersales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and service solutions to customers after the sale of trucks. This role ensures customer satisfaction through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support, as well as coordination with the production and engineering teams to address product quality issues. The Aftersales Engineer also assists in improving service processes, providing technical training, and supporting warranty claims and parts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to dealers, service centers, and customers regarding truck maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of vehicle issues to ensure quick and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality departments to address recurring product concerns.
  • Support warranty claim evaluations, documentation, and technical reporting.
  • Conduct field visits and on-site inspections to ensure quality service and gather customer feedback.
  • Facilitate technical training and seminars for service technicians and customers.
  • Monitor and analyze aftersales performance indicators such as service quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend improvements in service processes, tools, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and customer service policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Licensed Mechanical or Automotive Engineer (preferred but not required).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in aftersales, service engineering, or technical support in the automotive or truck industry.
  • Strong knowledge of truck systems, including engines, transmissions, chassis, and electrical components.
  • Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal s

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork, customer visits, and technical support.
  • Willing to work on-site in Mambog II Bacoor, Cavite
