Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and coordinating the clerical functions required to effectively implement the administrative policies of the Department and serve as the point person for data-related tasks
  • Designing and preparing reports, forms, charts, and other documents as needed
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions, and reports
  • Performing daily clerical duties such as sorting and distributing incoming mail and faxes, copying and collating, and other routine duties necessary to assist senior personnel and departmental management

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or any other related course
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS office systems (Word and PowerPoint, knowledge of macros is a plus)
  • Analytical skills and a keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and are able to adapt to constantly changing demands and show capability in taking on new and unfamiliar tasks
  • Competency in multitasking and working with a team
