About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Assistant for Arcadia Admin Building. It is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will provide critical administrative support to our daily business transactions , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Understanding of office management best practices
- Has knowledge on bookkeeping / accounting
