Telemarketer Representative

JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Telesales/Telemarketing Representative at Data Lake, Inc., a leading satellite internet provider through Starlink, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting internet services to individuals and businesses. You will engage potential clients through calls, share service information, address inquiries, and assist in closing sales. Your goal is to drive customer acquisition and achieve sales targets, contributing to our growth in the satellite internet market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct Outbound Calls: Make targeted calls to potential customers to introduce Data Lake's Starlink satellite internet services.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify prospective leads, determining interest, and fit based on client needs and budget.
- Sales Conversion: Persuasively promote service features and benefits, addressing objections to encourage sign-ups or schedule follow-up discussions.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospective clients to nurture leads and facilitate decision-making.
- Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and provide feedback on customer insights.
- Report Generation: Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and provide feedback on call results.
- Market Research: Keep updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to provide relevant information during calls.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in telesales or telemarketing, preferably within the telecommunications or internet service industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and target-driven approach.
- Willing to work in Pasay City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
