We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telemarketer / Cold Caller based in Philippines, to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments with our US based Sales team. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a resilient mindset, excellent English proficiency, and a passion for sales. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, offering opportunities for performance-based incentives.

About the Role

In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments with our US based Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to a targeted list of prospects (provided daily) to pitch Accounting/ Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll services.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover needs, overcome objections, and build rapport.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and log all interactions in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for sales representatives, aiming to meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas (e.g., calls per day).
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, including outcomes, feedback, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies for better conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver compelling pitches.

Qualifications

  • Based in Manila, Philippines, with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download/upload) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
  • Native-level English proficiency with a clear, professional phone voice and neutral accent.
  • Strong active listening skills, resilience to rejection, and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in Financial services is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets or quotas.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Competitive base salary: PHP 30,000 per month Starting (commensurate with experience).
  • Uncapped commission structure: Earn PHP 5, ,000+ monthly in bonuses based on leads generated and appointments booked.
  • Performance incentives: Quarterly bonuses, gift cards, and recognition programs.
  • Remote work flexibility: Work from home with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours (9 AM - 6 PM Monday-Friday).
