Position Summary:

To support the Regional HRBP (APAC) in executing HR operational tasks and regional initiatives. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth coordination, reporting, and compliance across multiple countries in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, consolidate and follow up on monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports across the APAC region.
  • Assist in the initial groundwork for regional HR initiatives or cross-functional projects.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions in alignment with organizational structure and market standards.
  • Coordinate and ensure the update of the organizational charts.
  • Prepare and coordinate regional HR announcements and communications.
  • Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling, candidate tracking, initial interview and communication.
  • Prepare employment offers and related communications.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks or special assignments as directed by the Regional HRBP (APAC).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or coordination, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English; other languages a plus, such as Japanese or Korean.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in Power BI is preferred but not essential.
