Regional Training Manager

We are hiring a friendly, outgoing, and organized Regional Training Manager to lead employee training programs in Region XI and Region XII. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, teaching, and making sure employees get the right support to do their jobs well. You'll need to be great with numbers, work well under pressure, and be comfortable working with a foreign boss.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and lead in-person training sessions for employees in different locations

2. Travel regularly to branches in Region XI and XII (travel allowance is provided)

3. Identify what training employees need to improve performance

4. Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to track attendance, results, and training effectiveness

5. Create simple reports and summaries to show training progress and areas to improve

6. Make sure all training activities follow company rules and meet compliance standards

7. Adjust training based on employee feedback and data

8. Work closely with other departments (like HR) to support team development

9. Report training updates and challenges to your foreign manager

Qualifications:

1. Must have a Bachelor's Degree or any 4-year related course

2. Experience in training, teaching, or coaching (at least 2-3 years)

3. Confident speaker who enjoys interacting with groups of people

4. Skilled in using Excel and Google Sheets (including formulas and charts)

5. Strong attention to detail and good at analyzing data

6. Can stay calm and productive under pressure

7. Willing to travel often across Region XI and XII

8. Comfortable reporting to and working with a foreign supervisor

9. Highly organized and good at meeting deadlines

10. Friendly, approachable, and enjoys helping others grow
