Role : Experience Solutions Consultant (Workday Configurator)

Permanent position & Direct Hiring by the client

Required:

Work Schedule:

  • Mid-shift: 1 PM - 10 PM (can be moved or flexible)
  • Hybrid setup: 3 days onsite in QC

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports directly to a manager based in Canada
  • 2 team members based in the Philippines

Experience Requirements:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience
  • Minimum 2 years in Workday configuration
  • Experience in Time and Attendance preferred, but Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Finance are acceptable
  • Salesforce admin experience is a big advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a strong personality
  • Troubleshooting and technical skills
  • Individual contributor role; experience in leading a team is a big advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php200, Php260,000.00 per month
