Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Leadership & Strategy:

o Lead and mentor the operations team to drive high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

o Develop and execute operational strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.

o Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement growth strategies.

· Operational Excellence:

o Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, cost-effective execution across departments.

o Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.

o Ensure that all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

· Performance & Metrics:

o Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and success.

o Provide regular reports to the executive team on operational performance and improvements.

o Implement data-driven decision-making to enhance operational strategies and outcomes.

· Budget & Resource Management:

o Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with priorities.

o Optimize resource utilization across departments to meet business needs and financial targets.

· Collaboration & Communication:

o Foster collaboration across all departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational initiatives.

o Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record of managing and scaling operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

· Experience with budgeting, resource management.

· Proficient in operational software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
