Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor (Fintech) is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of Apollo Global Corporation's fintech services. This role ensures that financial transactions, account services, and client support processes are carried out accurately, securely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Operations Supervisor leads a team of operations staff, monitors performance metrics, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also ensures adherence to BSP, AMLA, and data privacy regulations while driving operational excellence through continuous monitoring, reporting, and risk management. Acting as the link between management, technology, and customer service, the Operations Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the reliability and growth of the company's fintech operations.

1. Operational Oversight

• Supervise daily operations of fintech services, including transaction processing, account management, and client support.
• Ensure service delivery is accurate, efficient, and compliant with SLAs and regulatory standards.
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues to IT or vendor support when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, compliance, IT, customer service) to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.

2. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all operations comply with BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulations, AMLA guidelines, data privacy laws, and company policies.
• Oversee KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and fraud monitoring processes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect customers and company reputation.

3. Team Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and coach operations staff, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to processes.
• Assign tasks, manage work schedules, and track performance metrics.
• Conduct regular training sessions on compliance, systems, and process updates.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.

4. Process Improvement

• Evaluate and streamline fintech workflows for efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement automation and digital tools to enhance transaction processing and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors, delays, and operational risks.

5. Customer Experience

• Ensure clients receive smooth, secure, and reliable fintech services.
• Resolve escalated customer issues or transaction disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

6. Reporting & Metrics

• Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transaction volumes, turnaround times, error rates, and compliance status.
• Present performance reports and incident summaries to senior management.
• Track KPIs (transaction accuracy, processing speed, customer satisfaction, compliance adherence).

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with product development, finance, and technology teams for new system features, product launches, or updates.
• Support testing and implementation of new fintech platforms or services.
• Ensure smooth handover of information between operations and other business units.

8. Strategic & Administrative Support

• Support senior management in forecasting, and capacity planning for operations.
• Recommend operational strategies aligned with the company's fintech growth objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and compliance records for audits and reviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
