We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bakery Operations Supervisor to oversee daily bakery operations, ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and lead the production team to achieve quality, efficiency, and consistency of products.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on experience in bakery or food manufacturing operations and a proven ability to implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Supervise daily bakery production operations and manpower
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, GMP, and company standards
  • Implement and monitor operational rules, procedures, work instructions, and compliance requirements
  • Conduct regular inspection of production areas, equipment, and tools to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other support group to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor production output, product quality, yields, waste, and process efficiency
  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping of production, QA, sanitation, and compliance reports
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff, and implement corrective actions when necessary to support performance improvement and compliance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality, safety, and operational performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
