Education: Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or Human Resource Development Management course.

Experience/Training: With at least 1 year related experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Attitude:

  • Has full knowledge on different facets of HRD.
  • Physically and mentally fit with sound decision making ability.
  • Have good moral character, communication skills, and good interpersonal relationship.
  • Coordinator of all hiring functions
  • Call on qualified candidate and provide pre-employment requirements and arrange for reporting time.
  • Encodes new employee's data to the master file or human resource information system (HRIS).
  • Assure that all 201 Files and other documents are kept intact, secure and confidential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledgeable of current labor rules and regulations specially in statutory employee benefits
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Can work under pressure
