What you'll be doing

  • Process and manage the company's payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and contributions
  • Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Prepare and file payroll-related reports and tax returns
  • Assist with general accounting tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and HR teams as needed

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of BS in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll/accounting work
  • Proficient in payroll/accounting software
  • Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles, procedures, and government statutory benefits
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including tax regulations and compliance
  • Experience in recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews) is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Proficient in using payroll and accounting software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Maintains confidentiality of company and client information
  • Willing to learn and grow professionally
