B.    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Handles PSSI semi-monthly payroll for daily and monthly rate employees.

2.     Handles and prepare weekly payroll of P7  delivery payroll and P6 production.

3.     Verifies employee's hour worked, time and attendance entry, prepared by HR.

4.     Consolidates approved overtime, leave of absences and employees gate pass.

5.     In-charged to input delivery rate per client of P7 Delivery Trip and other related work prior preparation of weekly payroll under manpower agency.

6.     Prepare weekly allowances of P7 delivery personnel (PSSI Direct and under Manpower agency.)

7.     Prepares and distribution of individual pay slip.

8.     Prepares and distribution of individual pay slip.

9.     Maintains ledger for employee government loan, advances and other deductions.

10.  In-charged of verifying employees' time and attendance of forwarded payroll billing.

11.  Prepare, generate SSS R3, SSS LMS and Pag-Ibig STLRF reports and premium contribution.

12.  Maintain a good filing system of records of SSS and Pag-Ibig.

13.  Coordinate with SSS and Pag-Ibig personnel re employees unposted loan payment and prepare correspondence.

14.  Other task that maybe required from time to time.
