What You'll Be Doing

Be part of our client's team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where you will manage invoice processing, vendor relations, and accounting support. Your expertise ensures smooth financial operations while contributing to a thriving global business.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT DST and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM end of DST)

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounts payable work experience
• Mortgage industry experience highly preferred
• Strong math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly driven and self-motivated

Key Things You'll Handle

• Enter invoices into the system and schedule for payment
• Reconcile invoices and research discrepancies
• Verify fees charged and allocate to internal offices and divisions
• Process expense statements and reimbursements
• Research and resolve past-due invoices
• Coordinate with vendors to correct invoices and respond to inquiries
• Maintain vendor information for 1099 reporting
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Division
• Handle data entry, scanning, and filing
• Take on other duties as assigned
