RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
- Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
- Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
- Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
- Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
- Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Has knowledge in DOLE and Labor matters
- Manage daily schedule of Sales Crew (Food Staff) in all outlets.
- Will have occasional roving travel to outlets to ensure and check staff performance and concerns.
Major resposibility is to manage, plan and assign daily schedule of Sales Crew assigned in all Outlets Directly reporting to the President.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in the Food Industry or related field is required for this position.
- Must have experience specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Candidates should be a Resident near our Office located at #15 Xavierville Ave. Loyola Heights Quezon City Area or willing to relocate near the office
