What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinating employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives
- Providing support in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Collaborating with the HR team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs
What we're looking for
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
