Job Description

As a Lead Generation Assistant, you will manage outbound communication with leads through texts and calls, record accurate contact data, and support prospect qualification. You will ensure consistent outreach, organized documentation, and seamless handovers to Sales and Business Development teams.

The Qualifications We Seek

• No previous sales experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is a plus
• Comfortable sending text messages and making phone calls
• Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to follow a structured workflow and scripts
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or admin/data entry
• Familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided)

Your Daily Tasks

• Send text messages to leads using a provided list of phone numbers
• Make outbound calls to selected leads to confirm interest or gather details
• Record outreach attempts in spreadsheets or lead trackers
• Maintain organized and accurate lead information
• Follow communication templates and call scripts
• Flag interested prospects for follow-up
• Handle data and client information with confidentiality

Success Indicators:

• Accuracy and completeness of data entry
• Consistency and volume of outreach
• Responsiveness and proper documentation of lead replies
