The Assistant General manager (for Retail & F&B business) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a store/branches, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of Retail Sales and operations staff, uphold high standards of store performance, and drive brand loyalty in alignment with company growth objectives. Reporting accurate data and meaningful insights to management is required.

The manager will help do business market research and support the feasibility study of opening new location/branches, also ensures full compliance with operational, regulatory, and company standards, while managing inventory accuracy and financial transactions.

Additionally, the Asst General Manager plays a critical role in executing promo/marketing programs, enhancing customer engagement, and providing business insights to optimize overall operations. Oversee the design and execution of tactical initiatives to meet strategic goals and market demands. He or she will also support in screening new employees as well as establishing the policies and procedures of the company.
