Project-Based Customer Support Representative

24/7 ai is looking for talents who will will provide comprehensive, multi-channel (call, email, chat) support for US-based customers managing their shopping accounts.
Core Functions:
- Full Account Management: Handle inquiries, process orders, manage refunds/replacements, and track shipments.
- Product Expertise: Clearly educate customers on products and actively utilize suggestive selling techniques.
- Resolution & Detail: Independently resolve complex issues and complaints with professionalism, demanding excellent attention to detail and strong oral/written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: High School Graduate with 6 months CCE, or SHS Graduate / 2nd Year College (no CCE required).
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
