Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to help deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in Human Resources. You will coordinate communication with applicants, support interview and assessment scheduling, and ensure candidate records are accurate in our systems. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will play a key role in keeping the recruitment process organized, engaging, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing candidates throughout the hiring process, from the initial application to onboarding.
- Handle clear and professional communication with applicants.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews and assessments and collect feedback.
- Support reporting on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
- Collaborate with the team to identify ways to improve candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data standards.
- Provide administrative support for job offers and candidate documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A people-oriented mindset with the ability to create a welcoming candidate experience.
- Comfortable using MS Office; knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10, Php15,000.00 per month
