The Purchasing Analyst at Bite Me Up CDO Food Corporation plays a critical role in supporting procurement activities by analyzing purchasing trends, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies essential for food production. The position ensures that all purchases meet quality and safety standards required for food manufacturing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with ingredients, food-grade packaging, and sourcing requirements for perishable items.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of FDA, HACCP, and other food safety-related compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
