- Ownership Transition & Compliance Modernization for Rural Banks
- Partnership Development with Local and Global Institutions
Role Overview
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be a key driver of our growth. This role involves closing deals, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. We are looking for an experienced professional who can consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with prospective business owners, SMEs, and cooperatives.
- Customize our services and fintech solutions to match client needs.
- Deploy POS devices and promote our payment acceptance solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Guide and support Junior Business Development Representatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Willingness to work in-office (Quezon City) and frequently visit prospects for meetings and presentations.

- Location: Quezon City, Philippines
- Compensation: Starting salary of ₱40,000/month, plus commissions and progressive increases based on performance.
