Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new leads, assisting with client presentations, and supporting senior team members. This position is ideal for someone eager to start and grow a career in business development and the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Assist in presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Support senior team members in closing deals and deploying POS and other fintech devices.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and client records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly trainable, motivated, and eager to succeed.
  • Willingness to work in-office (Quezon City) and visit prospects regularly for presentations and to offer our services.

Additional Details

  • Location: Quezon City, Philippines
  • Compensation: Starting salary of ₱30,000/month, plus commissions. There will be a performance evaluation after 6 months for a potential salary increase.
