Job Summary:
The Sales Admin is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the sales department. The role ensures that all sales documentation, reports, and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently to support the team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, sales orders, and delivery receipts.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, schedule, and requirements.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
- Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely submission of sales documents and compliance with company policies.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with logistics and accounting for delivery and billing concerns.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-in customers in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for product availability.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or related roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Customer-service oriented and a team player.
