JOB SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for labelling and packaging of finished goods before shipment/delivery. Prepares necessary reports regarding shipment. Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

Candidates must possess at least a Non-Professional driver's license for transportation duties.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Handles Handles labelling of goods (capillaries) for shipment to SPT-Asia and domestic sales (local customers)

  2. Ensures good quality of labelled parts done in labelling and packed properly.

*Quality Requirement – No wrong label, No mixed label / capillary with correct orientation of label into vial. Ensures clean and legible label.

*Quality Requirement – Ensures correct packaging (i.e 10-pack tray, 50-pack tray, etc.)

  1. Assists in the packing of goods for shipment to SPT-Asia and domestic sales.

  2. Verifies and checks accuracy of printed labels (J.O. No. and Batch no. vis-à-vis the Order2Spec). Puts a sample print-out of label into the labelling record book.

  3. Prepares Material Reject Report of all closed Traveller cards.

  4. Photocopies Travellers Card and other shipping documents.

  5. Reports any machine / equipment trouble and downtime to any Maintenance personnel or Shipping head during operation.

  6. Transports SPT employees especially under Admin/Office Department, products, materials to and from specified destinations in a safely manner. Requires 1-2 years of driving experience for safe transportation of employees and materials.

  7. Interact with employees/visitors professionally.

  8. Ensure to report to the facility manager/HR Department any damages made to the company vehicle or any incident happened within or outside of the company premises.

  9. Ensure to keep all business transactions confidential and ensure the safety of the employees.

  10. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in his / her assigned work area. Cleans equipment and worktable at the start and end of shift.

  11. Complies with company policies and regulations especially on good work attitude, attendance and punctuality.

  12. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
