ASVW PH is looking for a dedicated Course Advisor who will fulfill the following job responsibilities effectively;

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Taking/Making Sales Phone Calls about the course offered.
• Answering email inquiries of students.
• Updating CRMs accordingly.
• Generating weekly reports if need.
• Just Opening Jobs in XPM
• Closing jobs in XPM
• Ensure to keep close communication with the students
• Take in charge to all the queries of the students re enrolment, course & concerns.
• Ensuring Outgoing students and Incoming are well looked after.
• Work closely with the Manager and other trainers.
• Creating, conducting and facilitating school webinar/seminar.
• Checking the FYI docs

Experience & Attributes:

• Male/female
• Bachelor's degree in education, communications, English, or related field.
• Preferably with background in teaching, online tutor, or School
• Have excellent communication skills, both on a written and verbal level
• Excellent English communication skillset on the phone.
• Must enjoy customer service and be able to confidently follow up with cold, warm and hot clients

• Goal oriented with more than 2 or more years' experience in Admin Assistant.

• Trainable and resourceful.

• Highly efficient specially when under pressure.
• Strictly follow task deadlines.
• Able to step up in doing additional tasks outside the role if called for it.
