The Compliance Officer ensures the company is complying to law regulations and policies, to minimize legal and financial risks, monitor transactions, and prevent money laundering.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and enforces compliance policies to ensure the company operates legally and responsibly including MLPP implementation, identifying AML laws and regulations, assessing risks of non-compliance, etc.
  • Provides recommendations to address key regulatory issues impacting the company.
  • Works with various departments to resolve compliance matters that may be subject to investigation, and identify possible areas of concern.
  • Monitors and ensures timely resolution of external audit findings.
  • Conducts regular reviews of compliance policies to assess effectiveness and correct deficiencies promptly.
  • Acts as the main point of contact for regulators on AML matters and assists in managing regulatory examinations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Legal Management
  • At least 3 years of work experience in compliance and/or Anti-Money Laundering
  • Proficient in Anti-Money Laundering regulations with excellent policy-writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
