About the role

As a CSR Supervisor at IAN SMART ENERGY CORP', you will play a crucial role in leading and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives. This full-time position is based in our office in Fort Bonifacio Taguig City Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and driving team performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coaching a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets
  • Monitoring and analysing team and individual metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted training and development initiatives
  • Fostering a positive team culture and providing regular feedback and support to your team members
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identifying and escalating any complex customer issues, and providing guidance to your team on how to handle them effectively
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • At least 5-10 years of supervisory experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
  • Proficiency in using customer service and performance management software
  • A deep understanding of the energy industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
