Intermediate Bookkeeper

Shift: 7AM-4PM PHT

Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

The Intermediate Bookkeeper will provide financial services and will be required to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance and Bookkeeping
• Balance sheet reconciliations. Accounts Payable/Receivable management
• Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts
• Processing up to Trial Balance stage and preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office
• Preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office
• Preparing Business Activity Statements/IAS for review
• KPI Tracker maintenance
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Payroll Processing
• Payroll clearing reconciliations
• Processes superannuation obligations
• Prepares sales invoices in accounting software
• Enter supplier's tax invoices in accounting software
• Other relevant tasks assigned
• Works with minimal supervision

Qualifications / Skills:

• Graduate of Accountancy or any related course
• With at least 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferably with level skills for MS Office (Excel and Word) and the accounting software (e.g. Xero, and MYOB)
• Understands the flow of accounting transactions through the various levels of the financial statements
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attention to details
• Deadline-oriented
