Intermediate Bookkeeper

Location: CLARK

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm

About the role ….

The Bookkeeper will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks;

  • Work closely with the accountants, and Director to complete assignments accurately, according to the organization's operational manual and standards.
  • Ensure work is completed within the specified time frame and alert the Manager where a job is at risk of falling behind schedule prior to the deadline.
  • Work towards finding solutions for what you don't know and ask the questions necessary to complete work on time.
  • Work as a team with all team members of the organization and value the individual contribution and abilities of your colleagues.

About you

We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do and bringing the WOW with the following qualifications:

  • With at least 2-3 years of work experience in Australian Bookkeeping/Accounting
  • Knowledge of Australian financials preparation (BAS, IAS, FBT Returns)
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable with Xero Software
