Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation


• Conceptualize, design, and produce eye-catching graphics, short videos, reels, stories, and posts for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and TikTok.


• Write captivating captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform and audience.


• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and guidelines.


• Repurpose and adapt content for different formats (static posts, GIFs, videos, carousels, blog snippets, etc.).

Social Media Strategy & Management


• Plan and maintain a content calendar with consistent posting schedules.


• Stay updated with trending topics, memes, and social challenges to keep content fresh and engaging.


• Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and events.


• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to stand out in the iGaming market.


• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and optimize content based on results.


• Suggest and test new content formats and creative approaches to boost performance.

Requirements


• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or Digital Marketer.


• Strong skills in content writing, graphic design, and short-form video editing.


• Familiarity with iGaming, esports, or online entertainment is a strong plus.


• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.


• Bonus: Proven experience collaborate with influencers, streamers, and brand ambassadors for co-branded campaigns.
