Job Summary

The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling fish products in assigned wet market areas, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in fish dealership or seafood sales and a good understanding of wet market operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote fish and seafood products to wet market vendors, retailers, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and market stall owners.
  • Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Monitor product inventory, deliveries, and collections to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Track competitor pricing and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, invoices, and collections.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product availability.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in wet market sales, specifically in the dealership or distribution of fish or seafood products.

Strong knowledge of wet market operations and seafood product handling.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and build lasting client relationships.

Must be willing to travel or be assigned to different wet markets as needed.

High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
