We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Mandarin-Speaking Agent to support customers across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Mandarin and English, demonstrates strong communication skills, and can deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in both Mandarin and English.
  • Resolve issues related to products, orders, billing, technical concerns, or general service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer empathy, and cultural awareness.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, support platforms, and productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center, BPO environment, or multilingual support team.
  • Familiarity with support workflows, ticketing systems, and escalation procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
