Key Account Executive

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts within the printing industry, including commercial, large-format, and customized print solutions. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality print solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their branding, printing, and marketing needs.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and account growth objectives.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and cost breakdowns in coordination with production and estimating teams.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and service agreements while protecting company margins.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of print jobs.
- Monitor job progress and proactively manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and issue resolution professionally and promptly.
Market & Customer Insights
- Stay informed on printing technologies, materials, finishes, and industry trends.
- Gather client feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement of products and services.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and orders in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and account performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Key account revenue growth
- Client retention and satisfaction rate
- Quotation-to-order conversion rate
- On-time delivery rate for key accounts
- Margin performance per account
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management within the printing, advertising, or signage industry.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and finishing options.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
