KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute brand assistant functions to increase market share.
  • Assist brand management team in maintaining brand popularity among the consumers.
  • Execute brand strategies in an effective manner
  • Assist brand managers in building brand image
  • Develop innovate marketing techniques to enhance brand image.
  • Conduct and document market research on latest trends
  • Analyze, assess and evaluate competitor's products to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Coordinate with sales staff, advertising executives and endorsers in developing brand image.
  • Develop and implement brand positioning strategies
  • Monitor product movement
  • Oversee manage social media accounts
  • Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
  • Help develop and optimize marketing activities
  • Help develop optimize marketing campaigns (product launching promotion)

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • BSBA in Marketing Management, BS Communication, BA Public Relations, Vet or Animal Science related
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Results-driven attitude
  • A creative mindset
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data
  • Social media proficiency
  • Strong program knowledge (Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment.
