Overview: We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Marketing & Brand Assistant to boost our company's presence online and offline. You'll play a key role in creating engaging content, managing our digital platforms, supporting recruitment efforts, and assisting with events.

What You'll Do:

  • Create Content: Design eye-catching digital materials like brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Boost Online Presence: Manage and update our social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) and website content to increase engagement.
  • Attract Talent: Develop marketing campaigns to find and excite potential job applicants.
  • Support Events: Help plan and run events like job fairs to represent our brand and find new clients/leads.
  • Promote Our Brand: Ensure our brand looks consistent and strong across all marketing efforts.
  • Stay Informed: Research market trends and competitors to keep our strategies fresh.

Job Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • With at least (1) year of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation and digital media.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including content management and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • A creative and proactive mindset with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the service contractor or recruitment industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
