Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team and support our efforts in promoting our dealership's brand, products, and services. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, coordinate events, and engage with our target audience across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster community engagement and build relationships.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, and promotional merchandise, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Assist in organizing and executing dealership events, including motorcycle rallies, demo days, and promotional events, to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, service, and parts departments, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and support overall dealership goals.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to measure the success of marketing activities and identify areas for optimization.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases and files.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related field, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various channels and audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle culture is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
