We're looking for a reliable and proactive HR Officer to support our growing team. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day HR tasks, help improve workplace systems, and support both employees and management in building a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Orient new employees on company policies, procedures, and rules.
  • Ensure HR policies are followed fairly and consistently across all departments.
  • Help resolve workplace issues and handle employee concerns professionally.
  • Collaborate on labor-related matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and service provider coordination.
  • Keep accurate records of employee issues, reports, and HR documents.
  • Plan employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare and submit basic HR reports and data.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for HR operations, providing guidance and support across the organization on day-to-day HR matters.

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years experience in human resources or administrative roles
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in local labor laws
  • Willing to work Monday-Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
