Position: Admin/HR Officer
Location: San Juan City
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- With 2–3 years of experience in Administration, Purchasing, and HR functions, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry
- Knowledgeable in government compliance and labor regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other HR/administrative tools
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office and branch functions
- Handle HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, employee relations, and records management
- Manage purchasing and inventory of office and F&B supplies while coordinating with suppliers for cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and maintain employee 201 files and other HR documentation
- Support management in performance evaluation, training, and staff development initiatives
- Coordinate with different departments to address administrative and HR needs
- Assist in payroll preparation and monitoring employee attendance
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23, Php26,000.00 per month
